My version for famous italian pasta

Ingredience

  • 5kg potato gnocchi
  • 5 slices of pancetta
  • garlic
  • 100g grated parmesan
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 0.2 l double cream

Postup:

  1. Heat wok with bit of oil and start roast a bacon with sliced garlic.
  2. Add fresh potato gnocchi and roast everything together until gnocchi are bit crispy and golden
  3. Add double cream and cook it for five minutes
  4. Mix in a small bowl egg yolks with parmesan
  5. Add mix to pasta, take off from stove and stir it with fresh parsley
  6. Put more salt if needed and serve it with freshly grated parmesan
